Our Story

Serving Best Seafood in Ramsgate since 1944!
“Humble new beginnings do exist, but to begin, you must be humble.”
Constructed as the “Ettrick House” in 1942 by Mrs Betty (Granny) Scott.
That was subsequently bought by Noelle Spiller and became the Crayfish Inn 1944, a hotel and Restaurant which everyone associated with Ramsgate.
With its 80-year history, the restaurant may have changed its appearance a few times over the years, but we strive to offer you delectable feasts and unforgettable memories that will last a life time!
